		<description>Ultimately the problem is that when it come to psychology its all in the mind... I&#039;m not trying to make fun... it really is... Ideas that are geared towards changing our perceptions, attitudes are only as good and valid as the person who accepts them and applies them. there success is totally dependent on the persons will to change. Optimism and pessimism don&#039;t exist outside our minds

Some people choose to look at life through cracked glasses and refuse to change, even though intellectually they know their expectations and views are unrealistic and warped... They must know... surely, or do they?</description>
